Frequently Asked Questions
The confirmation email that you receive after making your purchase is all you need when you arrive at the box office on the day of your show. You just need to give your name to the box office attendant who will check you off on our list of ticket holders for that show.
Can someone else pick up tickets I have purchased in my name?
If you want to gift tickets to someone after you have purchased them, as long as whoever you give your tickets to knows they are listed at our end under your name, they are welcome to pick them up at the box office stating your name.
Is the theatre accessible to those with mobility concerns?
There is a designated area immediately inside the theatre that has space for wheelchairs or walkers. There are also no fixed seats. Instead lose seats are available.
Some seats at entrance level (no stairs) are also available for those with mobility challenges.
Please let the Will Call know if you require special seating when you pick up your tickets.
